   Source had an unusual storage size of 3328x2790 with SAR 2:1 (anamorphic squeeze), true display
   aspect ~2.39:1 cinemascope. Verified visually by comparing a raw vs SAR-corrected frame — the
   corrected (de-squeezed) version was clearly the intended natural image. Applied
   "scale=iw*sar:ih,setsar=1" before the standard resize so output is a normal 1920x804 (2.39:1) file
   with square pixels, not squashed. No letterbox bars present.

3. loewe_ss23.mp4
   Size: 14.4 MB | Duration used: 14.27s (full source length)
   Vertical 1080x1920 source, standard SAR 1:1, no crop needed. Straightforward transcode.

   Source native resolution 3000x2000 (3:2). Checked a sample frame — this is an intentional artistic
   vignette/portrait framing (Adidas basketball campaign), not letterboxing, so no crop was applied.
   Output kept native 3:2 aspect at 1920x1280.

6. patou_fw25.mp4
   Size: 56.7 MB | Duration used: 90s excerpt (trimmed from 5:15 source, using seconds 90–180)
   Source was a 5m15s (315s) fashion-show recording: red abstract intro (~0-50s), continuous runway
   walk footage (~55-290s), red abstract outro at the end. Sampled frames every 20s to map the
   structure, then selected a continuous 90s window (90s-180s) fully inside the runway-walk footage,
   avoiding the abstract book-ends, for the most representative/usable excerpt.

7. huawei_pura80.mp4
   Size: 51.0 MB | Duration used: 90.01s (full source length — source was exactly 90s, 4K 3840x2160,
   under the ~120s cutoff so no trim needed)

8. halsey_live.mp4
   Size: 22.3 MB | Duration used: 90s excerpt (trimmed from a 3:59.84 / ~240s full-song live
   performance, "Halsey - The Tradition (Live from Los Angeles)")
   Measured mean audio loudness (dB) in 30s chunks across the whole track to locate the most
   sonically dynamic/loud stretch (proxy for "most interesting" since it's a single continuous
   live-performance shot): loudest sustained region was ~120s-210s. Used that as the 90s excerpt.

9. fifa_wc26.mp4
   Size: 63.8 MB | Duration used: 75.14s (full source length — under 120s cutoff, no trim needed)

10. lacoste_chimney.mp4
    Size: 6.1 MB | Duration used: 10.01s (full source length)
    Standard 1920x1080 short clip, no crop/trim needed.

ISSUES
- No download failures — all 10 Google Drive file IDs downloaded successfully via gdown.
- Item 2 (mugler_theodora) needed anamorphic SAR correction (2:1) to avoid a squashed image — flagged
  above since it's the one non-obvious technical decision in this batch.
- All 10 outputs confirmed to contain both video and audio (AAC) streams via ffprobe check.
- Scratch source folder cleaned up (all large source files deleted after each encode); confirmed empty
  at end of batch.
